Yes the ultimate family wagon arrived on Xmas Eve as planned.
Mum absolutely loves it and so does her special needs grandson Oliver.
Our family had a very special Xmas with mum being able to come home for 5 days. She's now back in palliative care having good and bad days.
Thank you for going above and beyond to help make our Xmas amazing and memorable.
I hope you wouldn't mind if my husband, who is a professional speaker in Australia, uses your story occasionally in one of his 'customer experience' programs as an example of absolutely incredible customer experience. We would use the toy guru name and not the distributor name if that's ok with your boss.
