Friendly, helpful, informative & polite.
Hi there I phoned toy guru on 23/11/10 and placed an order with a lovely lady. I received my goods yesterday and am thrilled with the items. I dont remember the lady's name that took my order but I just want to say a big thank you and commend her on her outstanding service. Friendly, helpful, informative & polite. A rarity these days, however nice to know it does still exist. You have a wonderful employee. Merry xmas to all and thank you again.
