Your credit card transactions are protected by 128bit SSL encryption and no card numbers are held on file by Toy Guru.

SSL refers to Secure Sockets Layer which allows for the data being sent from your computer to the Toy Guru website to be scrambled and therefore unable to be viewed or altered by others.

Unfortunately, no. Australia Post requires parcels to be signed for upon delivery. If possible you can organize for your parcel to be delivered to your work place or a neighbour’s house. You must ensure that you provide delivery address details with your order or in the special comments/instructions section.

Some outer regional areas of Australia will be charged freight, this is only in remote destinations that Australia Post cannot service viably

The Toy Guru uses Australia Post and Australian Air Express to deliver your purchases. In the event you are not home or available to accept delivery, Australia Post will leave a card for you to arrange collection from your local post office.

 

In some rare circumstances we may elect to use an alternative courier service where the goods are heavy or bulky. In this instance you will be contacted by the Toy Guru customer service team for a suitable business address in order to obtain a signature upon delivery.

 

Standard delivery time is 2-3 days. Please allow an extra couple of days during peak season.

The Toy Guru accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, direct deposit and money orders.

All orders must be paid for prior to despatch.

Any faulty, damaged or incorrectly delivered items will be refunded in full including the freight charge incurred.

Items that have been incorrectly ordered by you may be returned at your cost within 14 days or receipt subject to the following conditions:

• Prior approval for returns must be requested by calling Toy Guru on 1300 717 719
• Items must be unopened and in original condition
• Freight charges are non-refundable
• Items returned will be accepted at the discretion of Toy Guru
